Refund and Returns Policy

Overview


Our refund and returns policy last for 7 days after payment has been made. We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange if the item has already been dispatched or customized.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will resend a new one or an accessory to the buyer free of charge.

Other non-returnable items.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed.

The machine or mold has started production but is not yet complete, depending on the production schedule, a refund of 70%

Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is credited.

Special priced items

Only normally priced items can be refunded. Specially-priced items cannot be refunded.
